Complaint icao check air canada violating aviation rules or not

 An Air Canada passenger complained to Weekly News  that on July  4, 2022, I was traveling on air canada flight ac 8248 departing Calgary Airport to Regina Airport . 

The plane was delayed (alway) from 19.40 to 20.25, but the plane actually took off at 21.00

I saw only one airline attendant on the ground  so it ‘s very slow . And on the plane there were only two staff to service  with more than hundreds of passengers.

When I arrived at seat number 21d, the flight attendant put my luggage under the front seat.

Which might make me sit with my legs spread throughout the flight?  Or maybe I have to put my leg on my bag all the way through the flight?

So I asked her  Why not put my luggage in the compartment?

The flight attendant replied and ask me : My seat number 21d, right? Then she pointed to the empty space on the compartment.

When I said yes  . She said ,  could wear it so let me try and put it on myself.  Then she walked away with a dissatisfied look on her face. 

When I lifted my bag from under the seat that she had placed   and put on well smooth, not stuck . so causing passengers who saw the incident to clap their hands  and told the flight attendant that I was wearing it pretty well.

Later, she brought a man in the back to sit at the emergency exit.  She began to explain to passengers how the emergency door had to be operated.  So I brought   my cell phone to record her description.

After a while, she asked if I had a picture of her . She order me to delete it.  Then she told the captain of the plane to walk up to me and order me to delete the picture.

So I asked the captain,  Can’t I record a description of how to behave when I’m going to use the emergency exit?

The captain said no .  

I asked him , if I could take a picture of this flight attendant’s nameplate.? 

The captain said i couldn’t, but i could write down the names of her.

As he stood talking, didn’t the captain see that the large luggage of the 21c passenger was placed under the seat ?

Is it dangerous to  passengers ?

Is it to violating aviation rules or not?

Is this more important than my recording descriptions ?

Is it a neglect of duty?

I begging you to check the captain and the  flight attendant  doing so improperly endangering the passengers or not ?
